All course materials provided by ProElevate are the intellectual property of our company and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use of the materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ProElevate.
Our courses are designed to provide educational content, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your success depends on various factors including but not limited to your effort, engagement, and prior knowledge. ProElevate shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the information provided in our courses.
You may cancel your enrollment in a course within seven days of purchase for a full refund, provided that you have not accessed any course materials. After this period, refunds will not be issued. To initiate a refund, please contact us at the provided email address.
ProElevate is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior during our courses will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant who fails to adhere to our standards of conduct.

Terms of Return
At ProElevate, we are committed to providing high-quality professional development courses that empower individuals to enhance their skills and advance their careers. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to adjust your enrollment. This Terms of Return policy outlines our guidelines for returning courses or requesting refunds.
All course registrations at ProElevate are final upon completion of the registration process. However, we value our customers and understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you find yourself in need of a refund or course transfer, please review our terms below to ensure a smooth process.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our finance department at finance@proelevatebest.com . We ask that you include your order number, the reason for your request, and any supporting documentation you may have. This information will help us process your request efficiently.
For courses that are canceled more than 14 days prior to the start date, a full refund will be granted. If a refund request is received between 7 to 14 days before the course begins, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed for requests made less than 7 days before the course start date.
In the event that ProElevate cancels a course, all registered participants will receive a full refund. We strive to deliver the best learning experience, and we will notify you as soon as possible if any changes occur regarding a scheduled course.
Participants who are unable to attend a course for any reason may transfer their enrollment to another individual by providing written notice to ProElevate at least 5 days before the course starts. This transfer must be confirmed by our finance department to ensure a seamless transition.
All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of registration. If you have any questions or need assistance during this process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
